Private furnished bedroom located within the first-floor unit of a well-kept triplex. The room includes a full over full memory foam bunk bed, dresser, smart TV, and Closet. Tenants share the kitchen, living room, and bathroom only with the other residents of the first-floor unit. Weekly cleaning of common areas is provided. Minimum lease term: 1 year, structured as a month-to-month agreement that auto-renews each month. Rent rate is for single occupancy only. If a couple or two tenants, an additional $150/month applies. No smoking or vaping inside the unit. No pets permitted. No unauthorized parties or loud disturbances. Tenant is responsible for their share of utilities unless otherwise agreed. One parking garage available for an additional $150/month (first come, first served). Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Payments made after the 1st and up to the 5th will incur a $50 late fee.
