Per City rules amplified sound is not permitted after 10 p.m. and no evening outdoor congregations of more than 6 people are permitted. Parties and events are NOT allowed unless discussed with hosts and given written approval. All guests at the house at any time must be registered as a guest count. Over occupancy or guests at the house without permission are cause for eviction without refund. For longer stays we require monthly mid-stay cleans at $400/month. Check in is any time after 4pm on your day of arrival and check out is by 5pm on the day of departure. All guests over the age of 18yrs old staying at the home will be required a background verification. Guest must obtain renter's insurance for the duration of their stay. Stays of 31 days or more will not be charged the city TOT tax. Rental rates may change as market demands fluctuates. 30 night minimum term. No smoking anywhere on the property. No pets.
