Other features include a Foosball table, dog kennel, laundry room with gas dryer. Offered as furnished, but that is negotiable per tenant's needs. Lease is for one year. Non-smoking only. Parking accommodates up to three vehicles, but parking is at the owners risk. Owner is not liable for damage from snow, plowing, pinecones, animals, or any other damage to the vehicles parked on site. Curbside trash pickup is scheduled for Mondays. Renter is responsible for gas, heat, internet, cable, etc. Owner covers water, trash, and sewer. The basement is unfinished, but has the water shut-off valve and is available for storage as necessary. The basement stairs are not ADA and frequent use of the basement is discouraged.
