It is a popular destination for short-term vacation rentals, offering stunning scenery, easy access to a variety of activities, and a variety of amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Private association beach for guests to enjoy Things to do: Skiing and snowboarding: Chamberlands is located right next to the Homewood Mountain Resort, which offers world-class skiing and snowboarding for all levels. Hiking and biking: There are many hiking and biking trails in the Chamberlands area, ranging from easy to challenging. Some popular trails include the Tahoe Rim Trail, the Rubicon Trail, and the Eagle Falls Trail. . Dining: Homewood has several restaurants, including the Chambers Landing Bar and Grill, which offers casual dining and live music on the weekends. Ski leases are either 5 months Dec 15 to May 15 or 4 months Jan 5 to May 5 2025 For rentals 60+ nights, US Credit report and deposit check required with application. Applicants MUST be able to view property before application will be considered. Videochat can be considered if tenant signs a waiver. For all ski lease rentals, security deposit (equal to one month's rent) plus all monies are due at check in. Utility deposit, insurance and/or pro-rated snow removal are also due before move-in, if applicable. 4-6 month lease tenants pay monthly rent which MAY include local phone service, cable or satellite TV, internet/WiFi, trash, water, sewer, and sewer treatment. In addition, renters pay gas, electric, pro-rated snow removal, and hot tub service if applicable. Please note, professional house and carpet cleaning for all ski leases is required at the end of your tenancy and will be noted in your lease as well as monthly cleaning. Deposits will be refunded within 21 days after your lease end date. We highly recommend purchasing accidental damage insurance through us, to help cover your deposit.
