This is a private, well maintained family home in peaceful country settings, 20 min West of Charlottesville and close to the mountains. We rent it fully furnished as we live in it and need respect and care of what you are using. We lead a non-smoking, vegetarian, pet-free life and would prefer a tenant of this life-style. There is a sauna you can use, wi-fi, AC and washer and dryer. Available 8/16 through October 30 Electric bill per month for AC / washer/dryer is $120 - wi-fi is included , also well water. There is a running stream and fish pond, feeding the fish would be great , is not a must. There are 3 bicycles + helmets in the garage that you can use; scenic country roads are inviting you to great mountain views. We are renting our house out while we are traveling for 2 months, so you are in a lived in home with a peaceful atmosphere, everyone calls it "The Sanctuary". We leave all things you need, please honor our trust in your careful handling. It is a safe neighborhood, peaceful and quiet, you may not have parties or frequent visitors. There are 3 parking spaces in front of the house.
