The house features 3 separate apartments available for short term rental. The units have their own private entrance, are fully furnished and ready for your enjoyment. Enter through the screened porch, into the beautiful entry way, up the grand staircase , and into your unit. The 3 units are numbered for easy location and come with keyless, coded entry. Units feature individual heating and cooling ( remote controlled for comfort), large bedroom, bathroom, and fully stocked kitchens. Upgraded zero gravity beds (nice to come home to!) with frames that are remotely adjusted up and down for comfort. Each unit featurs large windows with amazing views, high ceilings, all needed linens, washer and dryer, a large porch for relaxing, high speed internet and wi fi are all inluded. On site, well lit parking is included and is within steps of the entrance. The house is located in the middle of Macon, Georgia, steps away from everthing. The house is within walking distance to the Navicent Hospital, Mercer University, Tatnall square park, The Brick ( restraunt) , the macon library, and downtown Macon. A three minute drive to Piedmont Hospital or the Piedmont North location. The units are all inclusive with everything needed for a pleasant stay. This is an all inclusive lease and is intended for short term rentals. ( 1-6 months). All electric, water, and internet are included. There is and additional $150.00 cleaning fee charged along with the $500.00 deposit. Deposits are refundable. The cleaning fee is non-refundable.
