The Angels' Ink Courtyard Artists' building has been transformed to a creative community with a private inner courtyard where artists can share inspiration & ideas. 1-story open studio with kitchen, full bath, courtyard & 6 rear windows, cement floor, high ceiling. Includes one unspecified parking space in gated lot, trash, water, and community laundry room. Square footage is approximate and not guaranteed. NO smoking in the studio or common area. Residents MUST BE VISUAL ARTISTS and are encouraged to open their studio for Downtown San Pedro's 1st Thursday monthly art walk. 8 artist-in-residence studios share the building.
