The Location:The house is an 8 minute walk to the Grove Street PATH station, where you can catch trains to the Village/Chelsea/Midtown and to WTC/Financial District, and all the trains run 24/7, so it's very convenient for working, going to school, or going out in Manhattan. It is also a 10 minute-walk from the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail, which provides easy access to the rest of Hudson County.It's in a quiet neighborhood, 1 block away from Van Vorst Park, where there is a farmers' market every Saturday from May to November, and outdoor movies in the park every other week in the summer. Liberty State Park is also a 10 minute walk away, and it s a great location for running, biking, and picnicking. Street parking is available with a $15 annual parking pass from the city. There are plenty of really good restaurants in the neighborhood, which are great for both eating in and delivery. The area is clean and quiet, and the neighbors are friendly.
