Exterior Features: Wood lap siding. Paint on house, trim and soffits is chipping and peeling. Roof appears to be in good condition with the exception of the flat roof over what used to be a one stall garage. It is leaking down through the walls of the interior and has resulted in mold on the walls. Windows are in poor condition - some do not function and/or seal properly. Front of the home is missing windows and those have been covered with wood. No garage. Street parking available. Back yard of the home faces commercial businesses. Interior Features: Living room is large and in need of carpet replacement. Bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 are missing floor covering and measure very small. Both baths are dated and missing floor covering. Kitchen has no functional cabinets or counter tops. Kitchen is also missing floor covering. Laundry room is off the kitchen and missing floor covering.
