Handful of trails to go on hikes/runs too! Choose one of the two available bedrooms on the 2nd floor of my 3 bedroom house. Great place for someone working from home! Quiet and peaceful, no city bar noise or noisy neighbors. One room is furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, mirror, and a table with a chair. It has a large closet and looks out on the backyard. The other room is unfurnished with a large closet. It looks out at Mt Davidson Park across the street. Either room has access to an incredibly great bathroom remodeled with modern fixtures, marble and a heated floor. There is a shower, a soaking tub, sink and toilet. (See pictures.) This bathroom would be available to people who drop in as there is no bathroom on the main floor. The main floor is a wide-open area from the front which is the living room with area through a dining area to the open kitchen. At the rear of this area is a double glass door leading to a small deck and the back yard. The shared area includes a TV in the living room area. In the kitchen is a cooktop gas stove, a WIFI wall oven, microwave, dishwasher and zillions of cabinets. There is a washer dryer in the garage. BBQ grill in backyard and fire pit which is nice when company is over. Parking is right across the street, never have to look for a spot! There is also a "mini gym" in the garage area. Bench press, Pull down cable and exercise bike, stretching area. I am upstairs in the third floor bedroom/bath. I have a 3 year old dog named Zeus. Very fun to play around with in the backyard, especially tug of war. I am looking for a responsible person, who is going to be a good fit in this house. Rent is $1,850 plus utilities.
