The house features a fireplace, propane stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 showers (no tubs), plenty of parking outside (no carport or garage). Utilities included ( if excessive utilities used it will be taken out of deposit), no smoking in the house, 2 total pets allowed. No guests stay over 1 week. It's a quiet place.
