Walking distance to the wine bar and the excellent Burmatown restaurant. Downtown Larkspur is one of Marin's favorite cities offering trendy many restaurants and boutique shops. Enjoy the easy commute to San Francisco by Larkspur Ferry (8 minute drive) and fast access to Hwy 101 (4 minute drive). Note that you must be physically able to climb up and down stairs to reach the unit. Parking and Vehicles: Parking is veeery tight but you will have 1 assigned spot.
