Occupancy is limited to 7 guests. Please clean up after your pet. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation. Guests must bring their own supplies for the fire pit, extinguish any flames/coals after each use, and adhere to any county burn ban in effect. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. If you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing; failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. For safety reasons, lighting candles is not allowed inside the property. Smoking, fireworks, and parties or events are not allowed. Please do not set the thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling).
