Cook a delightful meal in the fully stocked kitchen, and unwind in the spacious bedroom equipped with a queen-sized bed and comfortable memory foam mattress. The home is on a large lot with three additional homes, and the washer/dryer is located outside on the back porch of the main house, shared with other units. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am, and there is a no-smoking policy inside the home, with a $500 fee for air remediation if violated. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will incur a $100 fee. Parking is designated via the alley, and blocking the alleyway may result in towing by the city.
