The spacious living room includes a large TV and a pellet stove for winter evenings, while the charming sunroom offers a foosball table, wood stove, and breathtaking views of Mount Washington. The second floor houses a king bedroom, a queen bedroom with two twin beds in fun cubbies, and another queen bedroom with two twin beds in cubbies, along with a full bathroom. The backyard firepit is perfect for s'mores under the stars. The home boasts a fully stocked kitchen perfect for home-cooked meals, or you can visit Monroe's Family Restaurant, just a short walk away. Linens, towels, and basic amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, and shampoos are always provided, ensuring a comfortable stay. Pool and gym passes are available, subject to availability and resort policies. Pets are welcome with a fee of $300 for unauthorized pets and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds.
