This is a RV, a Cozy Rv we are 10 minutes from the local Food Lion and we are 20 minutes from 35 minutes to Wilson 20. this is a very quiet and cozy atmosphere. We are not too far from the property, but everything is included in the year contract water, electric Internet, dumpster, and grass maintenance. if you have any questions, please don't hesitate and ask it's fully furnished down to pots and sheets. This price is just for one person, but We can accommodate more than one person, but the price will differ. It has a daybed in the kitchen ,No smoking inside, fully furnished, all bills are included, it has a dishwasher and a mini washing machine,I have a drying rack. it has a tankless water heater so you don't have to worry about hot water. It has an AC window unit and two portableAC. Outdoors a lounge table outside with its own mini grill. All you have to do is bring your personal items. It has towels, sheets, pots pans.
