It's near the beach but tucked into a quiet area. Neighbors are very friendly and watch out for each other. Previous renters have loved this house and we are looking for somebody else who feels the same about this charming spot. One dedicated parking spot in front of the house. Water/sewer/garbage/wifi is $170/month. No pets or smoking on the property. Note: there are two units on the property each with their own entrance. The home is on Airbnb until Sept but could rent it to the tenant earlier than Sept. Terms: First and last month rent due up front + deposit.
