Additional Costs Include: Internet, satellite TV, Water/sewer, trash service, spa service (bi-monthly + final scrub), monthly housekeeping (2 hrs/month), parking
Tenant Pays: Natural gas and electricity (directly to service provider), Snow removal service (owner arranges; tenant reimburses full seasonal cost)
Security Deposit: Equal to one month's rent, Balance of ski lease term must be paid in advance
