Our Pacific Park Complex is located off Main St, close to downtown Ferndale and convenient to schools. We have a top floor 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit available for immediate move-in. We will also have a ground level 2 bedroom unit available for the beginning of February which also rents for $735 per month. Vaulted ceilings in the second floor units and lots of windows make all units very light, with views of Mt. Baker and the surrounding countryside. All units have open floor plans with private decks/patios. There is on-site management. There is a $35 application fee per person. We accept cats and most dogs, with an additional deposit.
