Nice location at the dead end part of the street. View of the woods in the back yard with a small private fenced in fire pit with seating. Spacious backyard as well. LED motion light installed on back of house in 2016 2000 lumens. Bathroom was remodeled 3 years ago with new sheetrock, new bath tub and shower, new vanity, new toilet and new flooring. All plumbing was replaced with PVC 7 years ago. Duct work had some areas that needed replaced and was done so in 2016. Some of the hard wood flooring in the bedrooms were sanded and stained in 2015. 2 of the bedroom walls were sanded down and repainted as well. Roof is in good shape. Kitchen needs TLC.
