On the other side, there is a office/living area with a twin daybed, baseboard heating, a kitchenette that includes a small refrigerator, small convection oven, induction single burner cooktop, and a tall pantry cabinet. There is a large stainless steel sink and stacking laundry in the sunroom and a pantry area off the sunroom for coffee pot, tea, rice cooker, microwave, instapot, etc. The classic bathroom was just remodeled and has a large tiled shower and pedestal sink. Ample parking is on the street and has no time or day restrictions. Parking spot in driveway for small awd/fwd car. Utilities are shared (1/3 of water, PG&E, garbage, and Internet.) Great location in New Monterey sunbelt near several parks and beautiful walks. Just bring your linens and kitchen items and you will be ready to go! Please note : the sunroom gets very warm during the day and cold at night, especially in the winter. There are 10 venting windows with screens and well as a screen door.
