Septic system has been pumped out, and a new d-box installed. Owner replaced park sign, installed some new circuit breakers, solar-powered lights on trailers, new lot number signs, as well as no parking and speed limit signs. A/C units now have reusable filters and smoke alarms have been installed throughout the property. Foosball/recreational equipment added to clubhouse. Tree removal/trimming has been done.
