The commute to Wilmington for work has taken it's toll and therefore this home is for sale. If we could pick this house up and move it, we would. It is well crafted, very well built, and we love the split floor plan. The home is on a well and septic but both county water and sewer are available if you wish to connect. We like the idea of still having water with no "boil" emergencies every time the community water system has an issue. We also like not having a monthly water bill. I was going to put up a separate detached garage in the back yard a few years ago but decided against it. Hence the large stone area behind the house.
