The screened lanai, accessible from the family room and second bedroom, offers a relaxing space with two small tables and chairs. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit. Parking is available and abundant on the ground floor. Park Shore Resort is centrally located yet secluded on lush, private grounds, making it an ideal vacation spot in Naples, Florida. The resort is walkable to local shopping, dining, and multiple grocery stores, and is about a 12-minute drive (4.4 miles) to downtown Naples. Horizon Way and Seagate/North Gulfshore Beach are the closest beach accesses, while Venetian Village and Waterside Shops offer nearby shopping and dining options.
