There is a permit area in front limiting long term parking to residents for an affordable fee of $25 per year, $1 for a guest pass through the City Of Pittsburgh Parking Authority. Shadyside Hospital and a few smaller schools are also close by. Duplex Style - 2nd floor Two bedrooms, one full bath, living room, dining room, equipped kitchen with gas range, fridge & dishwasher, hardwood floors, basement with storage and pay per load laundry with app access, zoned for permit parking on the street. Garage parking available for an additional $50 per month. Landlord pays gas heat, trash water and sewage utilities. There is a $60 per month fee for these services. Tenant is responsible for electricity, phone cable, and internet. Pet fee is a $600 deposit, 1/2 refundable at the end of residency pending damages. Application fee is $40 per person including cosigners if needed. One full month of rent is required in the form of a check or money order to hold the apartment.
