There are only two condo sizes in the Glencove development - two bedroom and two bedroom plus den (which is usually - though not "officially" - described by local realtors as three bedroom). Ours is the large size (two bedroom plus den; aka three bedroom). We're on the second floor which is a huge space bonus. All Glencove condos are in two-story buildings. The second floor units have high cathedral ceilings (plus a skylight) which really makes the living areas seem HUGE. New carpet in March 2018, including the very BEST padding available anywhere. The pad alone cost more than most complete carpet installations; it's memory foam!
