He is a very nice friend and this is a temporary situation. You have access to all of the Apartment and amenities, and there is a television with cable in your room. It is a resort style living amid the rolling hills above Malibu. For $1000.00 you will have furnished bedroom and your own bathroom with all the amenities included.
