Location is such an important factor in a home and my location is amazing! 2.5 miles to Park Circle and .6 miles to Hanahan Middle School! The owners enjoyed using my large living room for family gatherings. The 4th bedroom downstairs made the perfect office for working from home. All other bedrooms are on the 2nd floor.
