Luxury one bedroom with parking, in unit laundry, and access to great amenities. Everyone seems to like this place. It is a nicely updated 1+ bedroom condominium unit in an urban but quiet location. This unit is on the fifth floor (of six) and is adjacent to the storage area, which adds to the convenience. The unit does not face the street, so noise is especially limited. There is a plus area/room that can be used as an office or dining area but not as a sleeping room because it is open to the entry and kitchen. The living room and bedrooms have oak hardwood floors. The unit has central heating, so no ugly wall furnace here. The is a great stove and oven, and a built-in microwave above that - and I hope you'll put them to good use. The pandemic has really upped peoples' cooking skills! There is a dishwasher and garbage disposal as well. You get your own laundry machines. There is a clean and dry storage space right next door in the hallway. Parking is reserved, and there are charging stations. Most people who've lived here have been happy couples who used the second area as an office. There is not really enough room for an unhappy couple. There almost never is. You can't be the kind of person who needs a big garage to store all your stuff here. It isn't that kind of place. But it really does a nice job of being a home. Trash and water are included in the rent. You get PG&E and WiFi.
