In case you forget something! A full grocery with all offerings is 5 miles away in Tahoe City. There is also Dave's water sports which is a 2 minute drive away for renting any necessary equipment! Alpine & Tahoe Palisades are a 20 minute drive in regular traffic. Ski lease are either December 1 to April 30 orJan 3 to May 5, 2025 US Credit report and deposit check required with application. Applicants MUST be able to view property before application will be considered. Videochat can be considered if tenant signs a waiver. For all ski lease rentals, a security deposit (equal to one month's rent) plus all monies are due at check in. 4-6 month lease tenants pay monthly rent reimbursing the owner for internet/WiFi, , trash, water. In addition, renters pay and put into their name the gas, electric, snow removal, and hot tub service if applicable. Please note, professional house and carpet cleaning for all ski leases is required at the end of your tenancy and will be noted in your lease as well as monthly cleaning.
