The standalone guest house has been converted to a yoga, dance, and meditation studio with a kitchenette and 1/2 bath. There is a large 1800 square foot warehouse as you enter the property that has been used as a workshop. This 60 acre property backs up to tens of thousands of acre of government land, making it feel like you were dropped in the middle of the desert. The nearest town with groceries, gas, and small hardware store is located approximately 4 miles away. Note that the entire property is unpaved, and there is a grade on the main (long) driveway.
