Stay close to all of the areas famous attractions such as Disney, EPCOT, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and many more. *Housekeeping service is provided every eight days. *Minimum payment requirement - two weeks payment is required at check in. *Subsequent weekly payments are then required every six days thereafter. *Late payment will result in cancellation of future reserved nights. *Departure in less than 30 days may result in an early departure fee. *No visitors are permitted unless they register in advance at the front desk. *Tenants are required to check into a different suite every 28 day. *Quiet time is 11PM. *Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area. *Masks and social distancing is required in public areas.
