The room has plenty of space to easily fit a queen (or king if you are bougie) bed with a good size closet. The room is located directly across from your own full size bathroom. The house has a fully stocked kitchen, large living room/dining room. Laundry is located in the basement. A large garage is mainly used for storage of gear and extra stuff. There is a deck in the back that goes to the lower patio and large backyard. In the backyard there is a sauna, which mainly gets used in the winter. There is a large driveway for off street parking. Ideally looking for a quiet, responsible grad student or full time working employee. All the roommates live full time and work full time here in SLC. Sorry no pets, we have two friendly dogs all ready. Not a party house, but we do enjoy our beers. Rent is $850 a month + utilities (gas and water, ranges from $15 in the summer to $30 in the winter per person). One works at Solitude mountain full time, while the other works in the outdoor industry and the third works at a local auto shop. All roommates are quiet and respectful. We share the house hold chores of cleaning common spaces and maintaining the yard.
