Bushrod Park is one block. Also tons of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops on Telegraph and College Ave are within easy walking distance. Street parking is very easy and will never have trouble finding a spot right in front of the apartment. More importantly the greatest grocery store on the planet is nearby, Berkeley Bowl. You don't know good produce until you've checked it out, trust me. The room is $1,500/month however this does not include additional minimal monthly expenses which will be split 50/50 (e.g. utilities, internet). Security deposit is $1,500.
