Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 6 am, and repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Moving of furniture isn't allowed, especially on the balcony; violation of this will result in a $100 fine. Guests are prohibited from obstructing or tampering with exterior cameras; a first offense will result in a warning, and a second offense will result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
