Aloha! Our Hale (home) is located in one of ONLY ocean side communities on the sunset side of Haleiwa. We are a vibrant local community filled with families, kids at play, and the aloha spirit. Food, Beach, and world famous surf right from this location. Best thing about our community is you never have to cross the highway to get to the beach! We are located on the ocean side for easy and quicker beach access! And the bike/walking path is conveniently located... right out side :). It is used daily by surfers, kids riding their bikes to school, runners, etc. The path stretches 3 miles and hosts many world famous beaches along the way, starting with Sunset Beach (7 minute walk), passing Rocky point, Pipeline, and ending at 3 Tables which is right before you hit Waimea Bay Owner occupieds top unit of the property, but the down stairs unit has its own private entry way, private yard, and parking stall. The entire unit is spacious, about 1800 sqft, and will host 6 people very comfortably. We do not share any common space, so you have complete privacy during your stay. Clean and spacious! Water gas and electric are included. If an excess of energy is being used you may incur overage charges (ex: high use of AC). Last months rent due at signing. Month to month leasing can arranged after the 6 months if the unit is still available. Cable and internet are included. Movie or ppv rentals will incur fees. If internet speeds aren't sufficient enough for your use, you may purchase your own. No pets. No smoking anywhere on property. Guests allowed but shall not exceed a max of 6 people sleeping in the house (total). 1 parking stall is reserved for you. The first stall at the far left of the property only.
