Easy access to Mass Pike zipcar location one block. About the place: The whole apartment was just renovated. you will enjoy everything brand new. Overall condition is very good, compare to most of other rental places in Boston. It is on raised-first-floor of a 3 floor + basement building. so you need get on a few stairs which is not bad at all if you move in/out since you do not need to climb all the stairs, just a few. There is a basement underneath where people live there so this floor is almost like 2nd floor. Closet in each bedroom is pretty deep, I used to lay three suitcases on the floor of the closet and hang clothes on top. Laundry in the building and also commercial laundry place just one block down the street. There is a dry cleaner nearby where you bring in your big bag of dirty laundry, weigh it yourself and they charge like a dollar per pound to wash and fold. You come in with a bag of dirty clothes, and then pick up later a bag of clean nicely folded clothes. Most people that live in the building are young working professionals or students. no street shoes in the apartment to protect the hardwood floors, no pets no smoking or drugs, no drinkers About the rooms: There are three rooms in the apartment.
