There is no dedicated parking available for the apartment, but a parking pass is provided for the City of St. Augustine's Municipal Parking Garage (about a 5-minute walk from the apartment). The City of St. Augustine also has an abundance of paid parking spots surrounding the area. There is a small loading/unloading spot to the left of the home that can be used to drop off luggage and pick up the parking pass before moving your vehicle to the garage. If you don't feel like walking but still want to explore, the city offers several trolley tours. Feeling adventurous? Rent bikes and have them delivered to your front door. This apartment is in the center of the Historic District of Downtown St. Augustine. Walk out the front door, and everything the city has to offer is right at your fingertips! Amazing shops, restaurants, and bars are just steps away in every direction. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The minimum age to book is 21. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. Any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during quiet hours. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or decor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check-in. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping/smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana. No underage drinking is allowed. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. You are required to follow the House Rules during your stay or risk being removed from the property. Any excessive mess will result in loss of security deposit in the additional amount that is needed to pay cleaners.
