No expenses were spared in the renovation of this historic building. The apartment features a full kitchen with granite countertops, designer furniture, and flat-screen TVs with cable in every room. There is no dedicated parking available for the apartment, but a parking pass for the City of St. Augustine's Municipal Parking Garage, about a 5-minute walk from the apartment, is provided. There is a small loading and unloading spot to the left of the home that can be used to drop off luggage and pick up the parking pass before moving your vehicle to the garage. The City of St. Augustine also has an abundance of paid parking spots surrounding the area. The apartment is in the center of the Historic District of Downtown St. Augustine. Walk out the front door and everything the city has to offer is right at your fingertips. The city offers several trolley tours for those who want to explore without walking. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The minimum age to book is 21 and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, including bachelor or bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gatherings. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. This is strictly enforced and if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Late check-outs and early check-ins are not allowed without prior approval and guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. No underage drinking is allowed. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage caused by themselves or guests during their stay. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed and parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. Checkout procedures must be completed as written here and posted in the house. Any excessive mess will result in an additional cleaning fee.
