Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit or elsewhere on the property. Pets are welcome with an additional refundable deposit and must comply with HOA rules (including any restrictions). The unit may be delivered furnished with existing furniture or unfurnished, per tenant preference. An additional security deposit will apply for furnished.
Tenants are responsible for electricity and internet, and minor upkeep (light bulbs, batteries, cleaning) is the tenant's responsibility; structural and common-area maintenance is handled by the HOA. Tenants must comply with HOA rules, including move-in scheduling, quiet hours, and use of shared amenities.
Proof of renter's insurance is required at move-in. Move-in costs include the HOA rental application fee, first month's rent, and a refundable security deposit.
