Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Located just a short five-minute drive away, you'll find a variety of restaurants, allowing you to indulge in delicious meals without venturing too far from home. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged. The home is located in a residential area, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are reported, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited, and other events are permitted only with prior approval. Damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay will be your responsibility. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided; there is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
