This unit features a full kitchen and living room with a small dining table. The balcony and both bedroom windows have direct ocean views to enjoy. We have indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy river, baby pool & large kids splash pad. The balcony is right off the living area with amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean! The kitchen is updated with stainless steal appliances and fully stocked to prepare a meal. The living space features a new queen size pull out sleeper sofa with views of the ocean and a new dining table set. There is one full bathroom with shower/tub combo. The condo is located in a gated community with 24 hour security. This condo resort offers tons of amenities on the grounds including an onsite restaurant (hours vary by season), several outdoor and indoor pools available, fitness center, laundry room (for a fee), kids playground, basketball court, tennis court, volleyball court and of course we cannot forget direct beach access. We also provide for the beach a cooler, chairs and an umbrella. We also have a basketball, volleyball and tennis rackets available to use in the unit. This is a non-smoking property. The HOA also does not allow pets. Parking is for a fee of $30 per month in the off season only. All utlities are included electric, water, cable and internet. There is a $30 parking fee per month.
