The entire place has recessed lights and retractable ceiling fans. **Since all bills are paid, the MAX number of full time occupants is 2 people. The price per month for 1 full time occupant is $1,400. For 2 full time occupants the price would be $1,800. ** My family lives in the main home and the unit is in the back. I require a small deposit of $100 to secure the apartment for you and remove the listing. In the past prospective tenants have said they are interested, but on the day of the move in they don't show up and other tenants that were interested lose out on the apartment. Rooms: - The apartment has 2 rooms with a full private restroom. Both rooms have a bed and closet. - Bedroom 1 has a full size bed and fan, see pictures. - Bedroom 2 has a twin size bed and fan, see pictures. - There is a mini-split a/c & heating unit in the kitchen and each room has retractable ceiling fans. - Since all bills are paid, the price per month for 1 full time occupant is $1,400 includes: high speed internet, electricity, water, gas, and trash. For 2 full time occupants the price would be $1,800. For a single occupant the security deposit is $600 and for two occupants the total deposit is $800. If there are no damages after moving out, the deposit is fully refundable. The only fee that is deducted is the cleaning fee of $120. - We allow small to medium sized pets (45 pounds max). If you have 1 pet we ask: $300 pet deposit (fully refundable if no damage is found) and the cleaning fee is increased to $180. If you have 2 pets we ask: $400 pet deposit (fully refundable if no damage is found) and the cleaning fee is increased to $220. - A 6 month lease is preferred. We usually rent to students so we prefer longer leases as well (1-3 years). - This apartment is move in ready. - I require a background check through Zillow, $35 fee (paid by you). If this property doesn't work out you can use this background check application for other units. - No smoking or drugs on the property. - A cleaning fee is deducted from the deposit. - This apartment has it's own private entrance. - I also want to call out that this unit is downstairs (there's another separate unit above it) and this place is near the highway (5908 Cochran St,77009) so there's some noise. I want to call it out in case you're a light sleeper as we cannot control the noise. Kitchen and Living Room: - The living room and kitchen are fully furnished. White marble counter tops, stainless steel appliances: gas stove, microwave, and full size refrigerator. - There is a 40 inch Smart TV in bedroom 1. - Laundry & Dryer in the unit. - GATED driveway and Ring security system for peace of mind and package delivery notifications. This is super beneficial, especially if you work the night shift. You won't need to worry about having any safety issues. - Driveway or street parking available. - Total space of the apartment is 900 square feet. Location: - The home is located near Bragg Street and Cochran Street. Timeline: 1. I will ask that we video chat or if you are in town you can tour the apartment, so I can answer any questions. 2. If you still want to move forward, I'll send you the Background Check application, you pay a $35 fee 3. I get the background check report in 1-2 hours after you submit it. 4. If everything checks out on the background check, I'll send you the lease afterwards. 5. I require a small deposit of $100 to secure the apartment for you and remove it from Zillow. In the past prospective tenants have said they are interested, but on the day of move in they don't show up and other tenants that were interested lose out on the apartment. 6. On the move in date you will pay the remaining deposit, rent, and sign the lease.
