Unit has washing machine ,dryer and refrigerator. We are looking for 6, 9 or 12 month lease. Owner pays for water, sewer and trash. Tenant pays for their own electric bill. Owner pays for Lago Vista POA, but if tenant wants to use work out room, POA swimming pool, or fishing well they need to pay for that additional charge.
