Perfect centralized location to shopping, Southpark mall, walking/running trails, awesome bars and restaurants, Southend, Uptown, Ballantyne and more! One of the most well kept neighborhoods in Charlotte, gated community for extra safety, and amazing clubhouse (with gym!) and huge POOL a 2 minute walk away from the front door. This was the first home for my wife and I and we only moved out because she was pregnant with our second child and the space became a little bit too small, but we SO much miss the community, our neighbors, and the location! Beautiful hardwood floors on the first floor, fenced in back yard (small, but great small area for young children if you have them or small pets). Master BR has a tray ceiling/fan, two separate walk-in closets, duel sink vanity...two additional spacious bedrooms on the second floor that could be great guest rooms or home offices as well as a laundry room. Oh and did I mention, a dog park IN the community, easily walking distance from the townhome, two separate areas based on the size of your dog! We may miss this the most of anything and we know our pup does too! Locally owned and managed. Small dogs allowed ( 50 pounds, no puppies)! Some nostalgia involved for sure, but we absolutely loved this townhome and community, as I know the current tenants (1.5 years) have and you will too! Owner pays HOA fees, tenant pays all utilities (electric AC, gas heat, water and cable/wifi). No smoking. Pet non-refundable fee: $200 annually.
