There are stairs from either the street or the parking spot in back It is two blocks from the bus and is walkable to both Morgan Junction (10 minutes) and Alaska Junction (20 minutes) for a wide variety of restaurants and shops. 20 minutes to downtown, 25 minutes to the airport. Lincoln Park is close by and walkable. It is available because my current renter is moving into his own rental property. The other part of the house is owner occupied by a friendly, helpful, and quiet professional owner, who takes care of all the yard work. (Note: The refrigerator in the picture has been changed and the heat pump isn't shown) Rent is $2250/month plus $350 for all utilities which includes, TV (Direct TV), internet, gas, electric, water, sewer, and garbage. Parking is included. Please note that Zillow is saying utilities etc. are included in the rent - that's not correct. $1000 security deposit plus $300 non-refundable cleaning deposit. No smoking/vaping, no pets. 6 month lease to start. Valid form of identification and proof of income - verifiable gross income of at least 2 times the rental rate (pay stubs will be used to access this info), good landlord and employment references, good credit - over 700, no tenants accepted who have had an eviction, any past rental company collections, or are a sex offender.
