It is located right off the 101 near all the happening Hollywood spots and venues. This beautiful apartment is FULLY FURNISHED, gated, has 2 entrances each equipped with Ring doorbells for your security, and 2 parking spots in an off-street parking lot. It is equipped with a washer/dryer in unit, wifi, dishwasher, central a/c, a peloton, a faux French fireplace with faux marble background, an iconic full-length Anthropologie mirror, beautiful refurnished desk in the main area with a printer, a Samsung Frame TV, a large sound bar in the dining room, and a large chic dining table in the sunroom perfect for hosting. In the kitchen, we have a Keurig coffee machine, a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster oven, Smeg water boiler, a vitamix, a mixer and pretty much every kitchen appliance you could ever need.
