Complimentary garage parking is available for one vehicle, and visitor parking is available for extra vehicles. Located within walking distance of the Bishop Arts District, this suite is near boutiques, restaurants, bars, and galleries. Downtown Dallas is approximately 7 minutes away, and the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center is about 8 minutes away. The American Airlines Center, Perot Museum of Nature & Science, Klyde Warren Park, Dallas Zoo, and Dallas Love Field Airport are also within a short drive. Evidence of pets inside the property will result in a $150 fine charged to guests. No parties and/or large noisy social gatherings are permitted, and there is a $500 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. There is a strict no-smoking or vaping policy indoors, and you will be fined $500 if you violate it. A surcharge of $100 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests, with no more than 3 people staying at the unit. There is a $10 charge for every guest after 2. There is a $100 charge if either the fob or parking pass is not returned to the lockbox. Check-in and check-out times are mandatory unless scheduled and confirmed at a minimum of 24 hours in advance. A $50.00/hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 11am or by the agreed upon check-out time.
