Amenities include a hot tub, a large jet spa tub, and a large spa-like master bathroom with an enormous shower. Indoor and outdoor rooftop space for entertaining guests and a bar with an ice machine. Fully furnished and equipped with all of the necessary appliances. All rooms have smart TVs and cable service, upstairs space has two TVs for sports and entertainment. House has audio systems and wifi Sonus systems for great and easy connectivity. This house is available for a monthly rental. All available dates must be confirmed prior to booking. Only the exit cleaning is included in the price of your booking. If you would like additional cleanings during your stay, additional cleaning is available for $350 per cleaning. The cleaners change all the linens on each cleaning visit. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to schedule additional cleanings.
