The dining room is spacious enough to accommodate 10 people, providing an ideal setting for family meals and gatherings. The master suite includes a king-size bed and a work-from-home station, while three additional guest bedrooms offer a queen-size bed and a bunk room featuring a full-size lower bunk and a twin upper bunk. The large, open kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The family room boasts a spacious sectional, a large flat-screen TV, and an electric fireplace. Outdoor amenities include a large in-ground pool and spa with cascading waterfalls, a covered porch with two comfortable sectionals and a dining table for 8, and a fenced yard for privacy and safety for families and pets. A boat dock with a lift is ideal for fishing or launching kayaks, which are provided by the owners. Two bikes are also available for your enjoyment. Upgrade to have the pool heated for an additional $287 weekly rate. A pet fee is $100 per pet per stay. Pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi-week stays. Secure off-site parking for trailers or RVs is approximately 7-10 miles from the property for $25 per day per unit. Due to city regulations, trailers and RVs are not permitted to be parked at any city properties, and parking on the lawn or city swales is strictly prohibited at all times. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway only. If you plan to bring a trailer or RV, secure off-site parking is available approximately 7-10 miles from the property for $25 per day.
