Tenant is responsible for general normal cleaning of interior and exterior of property, this includes sweeping the walkways, driveway and patio.
The property manager will have access to the property for inspections. HVAC company inspects and services AC/Heat and will require access to interior of the home every 6 months.
Lawn Care will have access to the property based on their schedule.
Pest Control will contact the Property Manager and will require access to the interior of the home with an agreed time and date with the tenant but not more than 14 days from normal scheduled treatment.
Tenant must have liability insurance of $450,000 or greater and provide proof or get renters insurance.
If the tenants violates the terms of the lease and stays longer than the lease agreement then you will be trespassing and legal action, and the authorities will be notified. - Please note, that we are doing minor upgrades like front windows that may require you to allow access to the home for a short period of time. Scheduled for early to mid January 2025 ( front 2 windows at this time). We do not allow use of the sprinkler system at this time.
